This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for police protection to survey his land.

2. In this regard, the petitioner shall file appropriate petition before the Revenue Officials namely, Tahsildar, Village Administrative Officer and Surveyor and on filing of such petition seeking police protection for surveying the land, the same is to be acted upon by the Revenue Officials in accordance with law.
