This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 13.08.2025 passed by the 1st respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that aggrieved by the impugned order, the petitioners have preferred a statutory Appeal before the 2nd respondent in the month of August, 2025, which is still pending. 3.Therefore, the only limited relief that can be granted by this Court is, considering the age of the petitioners is that, the 2nd respondent will have to

dispose of the petitioners' appeal within a short time, on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the Principles of natural justice. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioners' Appeal dated August, 2025, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
