Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground as OHT (Overhead tank) Operator or in any suitable post in the third respondent panchayat within a reasonable time.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2015. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2014 has already been disposed on 27.03.2015. Further, representation dated 05.01.2015 was also disposed of and a copy of the orders were sent to the petitioner by speed post on 26.10.2023.
Since very purpose for which writ petition has been filed has already been fulfilled on disposal of the representation dated 05.01.2015, the cause does not survive to prosecute the writ petition any more. Accordingly, the petition is ordered to be disposed of. However, if the petitioner in this case is aggrieved by the order passed in respect of the representation dated 05.01.2015 he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum. No costs.
