O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the FIR based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 13.05.2020 and investigate the same.

2.It is seen that during the lock down period, the B.M.O one Mr. Hariram son of Ramadoss, and Health Supervisor Mr.S. Enthilkumaran son of Raman and Incharge Medical Officer Somasundaram son of Jayachandran all of them are joined together went to the petitioner's area stating that the inspection of the shops and threatening the petitioners and other shop owners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

whatever money demanded by them. Hence the petitioner made a complaint on 13.05.2020 before the second respondent police. 3.

Heard Mr.N.Baskaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the counter parties and after affording opportunity of hearing on either sides and pass orders on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
