ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Page No.1 of 4

Mayiladuthurai on all working dates at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate in the order dated 16.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.31310 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31310 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024 is relaxed.
