This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.V.Kasinatha Bharathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent.

Though respondents 2 to 4 served and their names printed in the causelist, none appears for respondents 2 to 4.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 12 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
