CRIME NO.1095/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition No. (a) "directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) before the learned Magistrate concerned to the credit of Cr.No.1095 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed" alone imposed in Crl.OP.No.18011 of 2020 by an order dated 18.03.2021 in Cr.No.1095 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.BASKARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.K.MADHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) before the learned Magistrate concerned to the credit of Crime No.1095 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5824 of 2021, dated 18.03.2021, however, time granted by this court to deposit the amount is extended by two weeks.
