Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m. passed in Crl.MP.No.652/2022 dated 28.01.2022 in Crl.OP.No.19890/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.SUBRAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.SUBBIAH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.652 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19890 of 2021. The condition is to appear before the Respondent Police on First and Fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submits that the Respondent Police has no objection to relax the condition imposed.

Considering the fact that this is a case registered under Sections 420, 465, 468 r/w 34 of IPC and that the Petitioners are regularly complying with the condition as reported by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Court is inclined to allow the Petition.
