ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at Page No.1 of 4
10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.230 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28491 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28491 of 2024 by order dated 14.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.230 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28491 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed.
