When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.02.2018, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the sole
petitioner died on 04.01.2018 and for taking steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on record, it was adjourned to 12.02.2018. On 12.02.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Subsequently, on 13.02.2018 and 20.02.2018, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for taking steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Again on 27.02.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2.Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 01.03.2018 gsa To The District Munsif, Nagapattinam.
