O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.12260 of 2013, dated 11.08.2017 .

2. It appears that pursuant to the direction of this Court in the above said writ petition, the authority has passed an order dated 16.04.2018, rejecting the claim of the petitioner on various grounds. The petitioner, appears to have been aggrieved by the rejection order passed by the authority, however, the fact of the matter is that the direction passed by this Court has been complied with and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the above Contempt Petition and accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection order dated 16.04.2018, in a manner known to law, if so advised.
