ORDER

This Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representations dated 27.12.2018 and 25.02.2019 and assign the vacant house property bearing Plot Nos.139 & 142, Ayappakakam Village, previously Ambattur Taluk, now Avadi Taluk, comprised in Survey No.13, measuring an extent of 1200 Sq. ft respectively, or thereabouts in her favour.

Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing

for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent, and also perused the materials available on record.

Upon perusal of the records, it is seen that these petitions have been filed seeking a direction the third respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 27.12.2018 and 22.12.2019, requesting assignment of Patta to the vacant site situated in Plot Nos.139 & 142, Ayappakakam Village, previously Ambattur Taluk, now Avadi Taluk, comprised in Survey No.13, measuring an extent of 1200 Sq.ft respectively. After a period of six years, the representation submitted by the petitioners cannot be considered, since the same is not available with the third respondent. Therefore, the prayer sought by the petitioners cannot be entertained at this stage.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to submit a fresh representation, if so advised.

In view of the above, the Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also

closed.
