The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.05.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.366 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act, vide C.No.56 of 2020 dated 05.06.2020.
