Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order vide No.VC.No.2739/THAKICIPO/2023 dated 07.03.2023 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide immediate and effective medical treatment to the petitioner's husband in multispeciality private hospital.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] When the writ petition was taken up, Mr.I.Abdul Basith, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the objective / purpose for which the writ petition has been filed has since been served and sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned writ petition. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the Page Nos.2/4

2. Learned counsel reiterates the aforementioned endorsement in the hearing.

3. In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same in the hearing, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed. Though obvious, we make it clear that it is open to the writ petitioner or any one concerned for the convict prisoner to come to this Court with similar prayer if there is change in circumstances.
