When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.M.Esakkiappan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the meantime, the certificates had been issued and nothing remains for adjudication by this Court. As such, the writ petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
