Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. as per the order passed in Crl.OP.Nos.1951 & 2312 of 2021 dated 17.02.2021 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SUNDARAVADANAM, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- These applications are filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.1951 & 2312 of 2021, dated 17.02.2021 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
