When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Management and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent/employee submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the matter was amicably settled in between the parties and a Memorandum of Settlement dated 24.03.2025 has also been filed to that effect before this Court today.
2. Recording the above said Memorandum of Settlement dated 24.03.2025 filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stand disposed of. The said Memorandum of Settlement dated 24.03.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order.
