] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment in Special Session's Case No.122 of 2021 on the file of the learned Session Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
