O R D E R

The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.39 of 2013 , within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that though the Original Petition is pending from 2013, the Trial Court has not disposed of the said Original Petition till this date. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the Original petition, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.39 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
