Heard Mr. S.Bazeer Ahamed, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.R.Sundaram, Learned Counsel for the Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the Respondent from demanding contribution from the Petitioner on other allowances for the period October 2014 to February 2016 in terms of its notice No. CHN/TN/1000909/ CCI/Div/14/Eng/Regl/2016 dated 27.06.2016.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the final order under section 7-A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, has been passed and that the amount determined has also been paid by the Petitioner and he has made an endorsement in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
