ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent concerned to consider the representation dated 05.11.2020 and dispose the same within the specific period prescribed by this Court.
2. The petitioner is owner of flat No.U-1, Sri Mahalakshmi Enclave, First floor, Gandhi Road, Choolaimedu, Chennai 600 094 and in the above said building complex, the basement has been allotted for car parking. The second respondent, who purchased the second floor, has constructed an office room in the car parking area, violating the approved plan. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation dated 05.11.2020 to the respondent concerned to take action. But, so far, no action has been taken. Hence the writ petition.
3. The first respondent filed counter affidavit, wherein, it is stated as follows.
11. On scrutinizing the approved plan, the following deviations were noted as follows.

From the counter affidavit, it is clear that the second respondent had put up construction, deviating the approved plan and also converted the lumber room into office room and the E.B room into car parking. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to take necessary action against the above deviation, under the provisions of law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunities to the
petitioner as well as the second respondent.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
