This writ petition is filed challenging the order of transfer of the petitioner who was working as a Driver.

The learned Additional Government Pleader representing the respondent is present.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was working as a Driver and was transferred from Pollachi to Gopichettipalayam and the said order is under challenge. 5.

At the time of admission, this Court has recorded that thought the petitioner has challenged the transfer order, the petitioner has reported to duty in the transferred place and his prayer is being confined to consider the representation of the petitioner for accommodating him at a nearby place. 6.

This petition is filed in the year 2015 and it has been 8 years since then and it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case any more. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Connected M.P. is closed. No costs. 05.01.2024 vca To:
