On the death of her son, mother has made a representation before the respondent for settlement of terminal benefits. The representation was made on 04.11.2020. It is stated that she and her grand son are the legal heirs.

2. However, without expressing any opinion on merits, a direction is given to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders after hearing all the necessary parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
