This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 08.10.2015 in M.P.No.4 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.10347/2015.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is a resident of Bangalore, he is not able to appear and sign before the respondent police on every last Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m. and as he requires a surgery for incissional hernia, the Doctors advised him not to travel till the surgery gets over. Hence, the petitioner prays for relaxation of the condition imposed by this court on 08.10.2015.
3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is irregular in complying with the condition imposed by this Court, as he is only appearing before the respondent police once in two months and hence, this petition may be dismissed.
4.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) as the petitioner is irregular in complying the condition, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on 08.10.2015 and accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
