This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report within stipulated time in Crime No.12 of 2019 dated 08.01.2019.
2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992 will be completed soon and the second respondent will be able to file the final report within a period of six months before the jurisdictional Court.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Advocate (crl.side), direction is issued to the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2019 and file the final report before the Jurisdictional Court within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
