O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to revoke the suspension order vide proceedings dated 25.02.2020 in R.C.No.A1/602/2020 by considering the representations dated 10.08.2023 and 11.03.2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the suspension order, the petitioner restricted his prayer that if this Court direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.08.2023 and 11.03.2024 and pass orders, that would satisfy the petitioner.

3.Learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondents will consider the petitioner's representations within a reasonable time.

4.In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the above representations of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
