O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register the case and investigate the complaint dated 06.05.020 for various offences mentioned in the application.

2. When the matter was came up for admission on 16.06.2020 Learned State Public Prosecutor submitted that the Respondent has conducted the preliminary enquiry and filed closure report on 02.06.2020 and also communicated copy to the defacto complainant. Further it is also stated that in the e-tender nobody has been participated in the bid and submitted that nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. On the above submissions, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner sought time to get instructions from the petitioner. Accordingly mater was posted today (18.06.2020).

4.When the matter was taken up for today at 10.30 a.m. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the closure report has not been served to him and further submitted that only on the receipt of closure report he would advance his arguments. Accordingly, this Court which received the closure report dated 2.6.2020, has sent e-mail to the learned senior counsel and posted the matter at 12.00 noon.

5. Again at 12.00 noon when the matter was called, the learned Senior Counsel Mr.R.Shunmugasundaram appearing for the Petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. He also sent communication through e-mail in this regard. His submission is recorded.

6. In view of the above submission and e-mail communication, learned Senior Counsel is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

7. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
