This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to register the case and investigate the complaint dated 11.05.2020 given by the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for today, the learned Senior Counsel Mr.N.R.Elango appearing for the Petitioner submitted that on the basis of the closure report submitted by the respondent counsel, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. He also sent communication through e-mail in this regard. His submission is recorded.

3.In view of the above submission and e-mail communication, learned Senior Counsel is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
