CR.NO.302 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, Nambiyur Police Station, Erode District, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.12160 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12160 of 2020 for the offences punishable under sections 489A, 489B & 489C of IPC in Crime No.302 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
