This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.14802 of 2021, dated 10.02.2023.
2. The order passed by the Division Bench in a batch of writ appeals on 29.03.2023 was brought to the notice of this Court. It is seen that the name of the petitioner has been added in the list and the Division Bench has directed the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission to permit the petitioner to participate in the oral test and to keep the result in a separate sealed cover.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner will have to wait for further orders in the batch of writ appeals.
