O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.559 of 2021.

As per the report of the learned trial Judge, it seems that the defendants had entered appearance on various dates like 02.11.2021, 2/5

08.12.2021 and 16.06.2022. In such case, it is obligatory on the part of the Court to grant time for the defendants to file their written statements. However, taking into consideration of the age of the petitioners / plaintiffs, who are senior citizens, it will be appreciable if the learned trial Judge disposes the suit at the earliest.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.559 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible. However, there is no order as to costs.
