Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to accord sanction and to grant permission for the proposed additional construction in terms of planning approval granted by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, vide order dated 25.02.2015, bearing Ref.Letter.No.C2/7511/2014, without forcing to pay the difference of tax, which is subject matter of the civil suit or with any other direction or condition including to accept the undertaking to pay the tax in future.
