Challenge is to the order dated 18.04.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent, in and by which, the petitioner was informed that she will have to wait for constitution of Special Court for Trial on Offences against SC/ST in Thiruvarur.

2. Today, when the matter is listed for admission, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 has produced an order appointing the petitioner in the Court of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Needamangalam.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed as having become infructuous. No costs.
