....Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue an order or direction or writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to register the petitioner sale deed with respect to property comprised in Survey No.624/1A situated at kalapatti Village. ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd Respondent to register the petitioner's sale deed with respect to the subject property.
2. Mr. Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner of the subject property and he sold the said
property to his buyer namely Loganathan by way of a sale deed. In order to register the sale deed in favour of his buyer, the petitioner placed the sale deed before the 3rd respondent herein. However, the 3rd Respondent had refused to register the document without any valid reason. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation dated 14.02.2022 for registration of sale deed before the 3rd Respondent, however, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the 3rd Respondent herein/SubRegistrar to consider and dispose of the representation dated 14.02.2022 made for registration of the sale deed, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the subject document will be entertained, if the same is otherwise in order.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd Respondent/Sub-Registrar is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner and entertain the subject document along with the necessary stamp duty and registration charges and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if the same is otherwise in order, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
