PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to abort the pregnancy of the petitioner's minor daughter namely Deepika aged about 16 years as per Section 3 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the case was posted today for reporting compliance of the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd respondent viz., Medical Dean, Tiruvannamalai Medical College and Hospital, Tiruvannamalai District, after assessing the victim girl found that she is eight months pregnant and therefore, the pregnancy cannot be terminated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed by this Court.
