Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4211/2021 dated 04.03.2021, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am witout fail until further orders and thereafter as and when required by the police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.T.ANBU KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., without fail, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4211 of 2021, dated 04.03.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
