ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a "No objection certificate" to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage, in the name and style of "STUDIO A18 FAMILY SALON AND SPA", at No.3/414-3, GRM Emporium, Kakkikanapalli, Krishnagiri District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2024.

The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has made a representation before the respondents dated 16.03.2024 seeking No Objection Certificate for running a spa centre in the name and style of "Studio A18 Family Salon and Spa" at No.3/414-3, GRM Emporium, Kakkikanapalli, Krishnagiri District, however the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run the business by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.03.2024, within a specified period. Page No.2 of 4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that, the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2024 will be considered and "No Objection Certificate" will be given, if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2024 seeking "No Objection Certificate" for running the business and issue "No Objection Certificate", if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of "No Objection Certificate" is granted, the respondents shall not, thereafter interfere with the business of the petitioner, until it is run in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
