This contempt petition has been filed on the ground that the domestic enquiry has not been completed within the period, as directed by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent placed the material before this Court indicating that enquiry as directed by this Court is completed and a report has been filed before the Disciplinary Authority. However, the Disciplinary Authority has not accepted the findings and ordered re-enquiry. Thereafter, summons has been served on the petitioner, he has not appeared for re-enquiry and hence, delay in the matter.

3. On perusal of the minutes of the Personal Committee of TCMPF Limited/respondent, it is clear that earlier enquiry is not accepted and re-enquiry is ordered. In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall appear for the re-enquiry.
