This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.20076 of 2023 dated 24.11.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.20076 of 2023 dated 24.11.2023. has been complied with. He has also filed proceedings in Na.Ka.No.65/2023/A dated 07.03.2024 to that effect.
