2. This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4963 of 2021.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended i.e., on or before 10.05.2021. to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
