ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 13.03.2023 of the petitioner and to transfer the investigation.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the crux of the allegation in the complaint is that an Inspector of Police of CCB, Greater Chennai had visited the petitioner's house and enquired her in a suspicious manner as if she involved in a business which degraded her in her place. However, on enquiry, it was found that the Inspector of Police received a complaint though his official correspondent and he did not misbehave. Further, on receipt of the complaint, he only enquired the address from the security officer at the main gate and he never entered into her house. Therefore, the said complaint was closed on 30.09.2021 itself. Further, the other complaint before the National Human Rights Commission was forwarded to Deputy Commissioner of Police, CCB, Chennai. The said complaint was also

enquired and on receipt of the official report from the Deputy Commissioner of Police, CCB, Chennai, the same was also closed on 13.04.2023. As such, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Further, the petitioner used to send several complaints repeatedly to all higher officials and the same were enquired and closed.
