ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating in P.R.C.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Thiruthuraipoondi and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, Non Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioner. Since, Non Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioner, entire case has been stalled and the case is pending for committed in P.R.C. No.15 of 2014.

3. When NBW is pending against the petitioner, petitioner is not entitled for any relief. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the P.R.C.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Thiruthuraipoondi as against the petitioner.
