O R D E R

The landlords in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District to dispose of the Rent Control Appeal in R.C.A.No.2 of 2014 within the stipulated time. 2.The Rent Controller - Principal District Munsif, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District, ordered eviction in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2008 and aggrieved over the same, the tenant preferred an appeal in R.C.A.No.2 of

2014 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority - Sub Court, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/landlords submitted that though the appeal is pending from the year 2014, the Subordinate Court, Cheyyar has not disposed of the same yet. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai, to dispose of the appeal in R.C.A.No.2 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
