Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and yet to file a final report.

4. Though, the petitioner was granted bail on 11.11.2020 on certain conditions, considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition as imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8287 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.18014 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
