The petitioner before this Court is the wife. She seeks transfer of H.M.O.P. No. 7 of 2024 on the file of Family Court, Puducherry to the Sub Court at Maduranthakam.

The petitioner is a resident of Keelmaruvathur and the respondent is a resident of New Saram in Puducherry. Proceedings were initiated by the respondent/husband before the Family Court at Puducherry and the petitioner/wife pleads inability to travel from Keelmaruvathur to Puducherry for the purpose of attending every hearing. 3.

Taking into consideration the interest of both parties, H.M.O.P. No. 7 of 2024 pending on the file of Family Court at Puducherry is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Tindivanam. 4.

The transfer C.M.P. stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. No costs.Connected C.M.P. is closed.
