Y.Christo Jerald .. Respondent Till date, the Advocate Commissioner has been unable to repossess the vehicle, since the vehicle has not been located. As early as in March, 2025, the Advocate Commissioner was appointed to repossess the vehicle from the respondents or wherever available.

2. Earlier, this Court had granted one more extension of time for the Advocate Commissioner to execute the Warrant of Commission. Despite granting extension of time, the Advocate Commissioner is yet to repossess the vehicle, since the vehicle could not be located. No useful purpose will be served if these applications are allowed to be kept pending. Accordingly, these applications are closed by granting liberty 1/3

to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for a similar relief once the vehicle is located. As and when a fresh application is filed, this Court shall consider retaining the very same Advocate Commissioner by giving due consideration to the fact that the applicant has already paid initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
