CR.NO.252 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(b) imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.18134 of 2020 in Cr.No.252 of 2020 on 19.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18134 of 2020, dated 19.11.2020 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th of every month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
