Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents.

2. The petitioner alleges that the Date of birth entered in the Service Register of the petitioner was manipulated and altered to her disadvantage. The petitioner is a helper to Noon Meal Organisor. According to her, her date of birth is 01.7.1965 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same is altered to her disadvantage and she sought to be retired on 30.06.2015. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 13.04.2015 to first respondent to enquire into the matter and find out the truth.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to order full fledged enquiry in respect of manipulation made in the Service Register of the petitioner relating to her date of birth.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of her representation dated 13.04.2015 within a stipulated period.

5. In view of the limited prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
