ORDER
This Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register a case & give protection on the basis of the said complaint dated 06.07.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the complaint dated 06.07.2016 has been sent by post to the respondents.
3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the first respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 06.07.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if necessary, to give police protection to the petitioner and his property. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
