Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment unauthorized construction by the 4th respondent Housing Board in Survey No.247/2A2, Ward-B, Block -33, measuring 2.34 acres and survey No.249B/2A2 , Ward-B, Block-33, measuring 0.94 cents totaling 3.28 acres of Ayan Punjai Land in Patta No.7 as now Block No.33, Jothi Nagar, Arakkonam and hand over the vacant possession to the petitioner.
